Discover the World becomes Singaporean hotelier’s GSA
Singapore’s Park Hotel Group is aiming to extend its sales and marketing reach with the appointment of a new general sales agent (GSA) for the US and India.
From this month onwards, Discover the World will represent Park in these two major destinations, both of which are among the top 10 source markets for the company’s hotels.
Representation will cover key markets in the two countries, including New York, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru.
“The group will be expanding actively across the Asia pacific region in the next few years, and we recognise that a robust sales and distribution support… is necessary to help us spearhead and realise our plans to increase market share,” said Park’s CEO, Allen Law.
The move comes as Park prepares to grow its portfolio with the launch of new hotels in Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand. These will add to the company’s existing collection of eight properties in Singapore, China, Hong Kong and Japan.
Park already has sales offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing, Guangzhou, Tokyo, London and Sydney.
